Hempal Asrawat is a graduate and an experienced leader in India’s skill assessment industry. Having worked with multiple assessment organisations, he has developed a strong understanding of the assessment process from the grassroots level and has successfully managed numerous skill-development projects.
He coordinated skill-development initiatives under the President of India’s village-development programme, supporting five adopted villages and supervising activities including road repairs, solar-panel installation and power-infrastructure upgrades.
At INNOCOX Consulting and Research Pvt. Ltd., he oversees daily operations, leads business development and manages the deployment of more than 500 assessors across 28 states. His practical leadership and focus on aligning assessments with industry standards help strengthen workforce competency and bridge the gap between education and employment.
