INNOCOX Consulting and Research Private Limited provides skill assessment, research, consultancy, assessor coordination and related support services. Service availability, eligibility, schedules and deliverables may depend on the applicable project, awarding body, government scheme, client agreement or regulatory requirement.
3. Eligibility and registration
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering, applying as an assessor or participating in an assessment. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Misrepresentation, impersonation or submission of false documents may result in suspension, disqualification or other action permitted by law or programme rules.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or portal; interfere with its security or operation; attempt unauthorised access; upload malicious code; copy confidential assessment material; manipulate assessment results; impersonate another person; or use any information for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
5. Assessment conduct and results
Candidates and assessors must follow the applicable assessment instructions, identity-verification requirements, confidentiality obligations and code of conduct. Assessment schedules or results may be corrected, withheld or reviewed where required by an awarding body, client, regulator, technical issue or investigation into irregularities.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, assessment material, question banks, reports, software, designs and documentation are owned by or licensed to INNOCOX unless stated otherwise. No material may be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Our website may link to government portals, awarding bodies or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. INNOCOX is not responsible for third-party content, availability or data-handling practices.
